1. Frame parts includes side plates, front assembly and back weldment parts.
2. Eccentric shaft parts includes movable jaw, eccentric shaft, bearing, bearing seat, belt pulley. It is the main part for driving.
3. Security parts includes toggle plate, toggle seat, spring, spring bar and so on. they can secure the machine when working abnormally.
4. Crushing chamber parts includes fixed jaw plates, side scaleboard and guard sheets, they are the parts for crushing.
5. The adjustment parts are used for adjusting the size of discharging mouth, so that can control the material discharging granularity. Adjustable fixed wedge, adjustable moving wedge, bolts and tight bar for wedge are formed together called adjustment parts.

3.Bearing with larger size and higher load are used. All JC jaw crusher is equipped with larger bearing compared with same model of traditional jaw crushers. Its higher load capacity and effective oil seal will lengthen the life of bearing.
4.With "V" shape structure for the crusher chamber, the max feeding width of materials can be the same as the machine feed opening width.
5.Adjustment of the discharge mouth is more convenient. The JC series jaw crusher have wedge shaped adjustment device, this is more simple, safe and faster than the traditional gasket adjustment.
